• The home health agency caring for you is Medicare-certified.
• You are unable to come and go freely from your home as a result of your condition. However, you may leave home for medical treatment or short, infrequent absences for non-medical reasons, like attending religious services. Also, you can still get home healthcare if you attend adult daycare.
